These from what I'm aware of are basically only re-released games with the sticker on it because the game in question sold a lot
there is nothing in the games changed nor as a 'real' edition having content bundled
unless there are exceptions

This isn't always true, in a technical sense. The game will generally appear to have no changes, of course, but sometimes there are critical bugfixes.
But tracking different versions due to bug fixed wouldn't warrant a whole new page
No, but sometimes the changes are significant. For example, in Jet Moto 2, the framerate is increased and all tracks are unlocked from the beginning.
there are some changes in this versions one example is dragon ball z budokai 3 that add some more things in the game but most of them don't have changes
so exceptions to the norm
There are also changes to versions of games without going through a Player's Choice, like Ocarina of Time and Super Smash Bros. Melee
Also lots of changes across regional releases in games as well
