Is this actually a mod or something that is done after you complete Pokémon Emerald? 'Post game' essentially means things that are after when you complete the main quest or objective in the game and go do extra things

You can look for a link to the mod, or you can wait and see if we find enough evidence that a mod with this name exists and hope for the best. I'll be taking a look later today, but the name provided sounds like a YouTube title rather than the name of a romhack, and the fact that searching for a romhack of that name is turning up no results is telling.
