Weird, Can you let a Ubi official know and send them the picture? Let them know which version you are on btw, 1.3 might have it fixed.

My eve is also keeping her lvls so far (over 2hrs, still on the v1.3.8 I've had since the last update that gave us the ability lvling stuff in game) so it seems like they fixed something on their server's side that was causing this issue since I haven't updated the game from the playstore at all 🤔

That's what I had done my first time when it was bugged still, my first force quit did nothing to reset it, but it happened at some point in the 10hrs after until I noticed her ability LVL got reset (I wasn't checking 24/7 and slept some of that time)
