He’s getting nerfed, however him seeing through walls isn’t as bad as you think once you learn, whenever he aims he drains an alpha charge, and you also gain a green mark on your screen pointing to his direction, showing where the alpha is going to come from next so you can properly predict, and if you’re in an unsafe spot you can then move, or you can use the green mark to find him and punish him, if you’re low, just prepare to see the red, and the moment you see the red, indicating his range and where hes shooting, if you simply roll out of the way by being prepared after seeing the green marker, you can properly avoid shigirakis alpha!

In short

Pay attention to the green marker to stay ready to dodge, red cylinder = dodge
