I'm having a bug with Dabi Striker: the Beta version deals 50 damage at level 1 and 113 at level 9. I've seen some videos of people using this character and they deal over 180 damage in the Beta version. I've already done two different T.U.N.IN.G.s, but the damage remains the same.

Shields have a max value of 250, and you almost guard broke bakugo with your level 9 grab
similarly, 49 damage is not half of ochaco's shield, you did 125+ damage to her at level 1
