There should be more ways to unlock tickets because if your going to be dropping 2 characters/skill sets per season people need a way to be able to pity them if they dont get lucky easier. Ive face this myself with thousand hand break shigaraki i spent over 1k tickets but didnt have enough to pity and i have no way to pity him because i have no way to get the remanding tickets i need for 200 roll points which is dissapointing after spending so much time trying to get tickets for him.
