Seeing as Young AFO was practically confirmed to be in the files for unreleased characters I decided that it’d be a good time to predict his stuff.

Warning: Season 7 Spoilers for those who haven’t seen it

General Stats

  • Note: I do not show the damage of every level up here, just the key 3: Lvl 1, Lvl 4, and Lvl 9. Just so yk.

Alpha: Bloodthirsty Impale
All For One raises his right palm upwards, forming a cylindrical spine of bone that he projects at his enemies.

If you tap this move you can spam it like that of a Beamer Alpha, doing relatively good damage to enemies.
Takes 4 shots to hard knockdown enemies with this attack.

If you hold this move All For One begins to levitate in the air as he forms a much larger version of the attack that can impale enemies at the tip of the move’s hitbox, causing them to be dragged along its path until the move hits the ground and deals significantly more damage.
Takes up to 3 seconds to charge for maximum damage and size and takes 3 bullets to perform the charged version.

Lvl 1: 6x Ammo
Basic Shot: 62 damage (without strike buff)
Charged Shot: 85-105 damage (without strike buff)

Lvl 4: 7x Ammo
Lvl Up Bonuses: Ammo Up, Damage Up, Size Up
Basic Shot: 67 damage (without strike buff)
Charged Shot: 100-125 damage (without strike buff)

Lvl 7: 8x Ammo
Lvl Bonuses: Ammo Up, Damage Up

Lvl 9: 9x
Lvl Bonuses: Ammo Up, Damage Up, Size Up

Beta: Demon Lord’s Reckoning**
All For One bursts forwards, explosions cascading around his body as he flies onwards.

Anyone caught in front of him as he flies will be snagged and forced along before he blasts his foes away with a violent energy blast
(Think Rapid Bakugo Beta except around the character instead of under them)

By holding this move longer you can go a further distance

Explosion Cascade: 15 damage per tick and can hit up to 5 ticks before hard knockdown
Blast Away: 50 damage (without strike buff)

Lvl 4: 2x Ammo
Lvl Up Bonuses: Damage Up, Damage Area Up
Explosion Cascade: 18 damage per tick and can hit up to 5 ticks before hard knockdown
Blast Away: 60 damage (without strike buff)

Lvl 9: 2x Ammo
Lvl Up Bonuses: Damage Up, Damage Area Up
Explosion Cascade: 24 damage per tick and can hit up to 5 ticks before hard knockdown

Gamma: Obliteration
All For One rears his right arm backwards, golden and purple energy pulsating and writhing in his palm.
He then projects it forwards, releasing a gargantuan ray of energy that damages all opponents within its vicinity.

This move goes through walls

By holding this move for longer (up to 5 seconds) it will have a larger AOE.

Yes, this is like Tamaki Gamma, except it cannot be active for as long, and has a shorter max distance. However it makes up for that with much larger AOE closer to AFO, so you cannot be an orbital laser with this move.

Lvl 1: 100 ammo that is consumed at a rate of 20 per second. (5 seconds overall fire time)
Damage: Up to 25 per tick and hits for 6 ticks (without strike buff)

Lvl 4: 120 ammo consumed at a rate of 20 per second (6 seconds of fire time)
Lvl Up Bonuses: Ammo Up, Damage Up, Damage Area Up
Damage: Up to 30 per tick and hits for 6 ticks (without strike buff)

Lvl 9: 150 ammo consumed at a rate of 20 per second (7.5 seconds of fire time)
Lvl Up Bonuses: Ammo Up, Damage Up, Damage Area Up
Damage: Up to 37 damage per tick and hits for 6 ticks (without strike buff)

Special Action: Plunder/Flight/Rewind

Plunder
All For One grasps his opponent by the throat before crimson energy pours from their body into his. He then snaps their neck and they fall to the ground.

All For One can kill a downed opponent and steal their quirk, allowing him to swap between it and his own to use for his own self gain.

Basically the exact same as base AFO, except different animation.

Flight
All For One can fly like that of Endeavor, except just a touch faster.
Yes he can also use all of his techs like hovering and air melee burst

Rewind
All For One’s ability to heal with green healing pots is heavily reduced (by 50%) and any team based healing item will only heal him by half his maximum HP.

There is one way AFO can heal his maximum HP back however: Rewind.

By tapping the special action button twice extremely fast All For One will explode into golden light, replenishing all HP, however he loses 10 max HP for every time he uses (until he is revived, then he gains it all back)
So if you use this 5 times in a match you now have 250 hp

This action will also make a special effect that deteriorates opponent’s HP by 3 every second for 10 seconds (not permanently. Basically a reskin of Yellow Shigi’s rot)

this is pretty good the only bad thing that needs changing is instead of him getting no healing from green items it's heaveily reduced
