#Fix the ShadowBan Problem!!

Guys pls support this and make forum posts on here of your own and on bug reports. The game is super unplayable rn and just like with crossplay we need everybody to pitch in to get this to happen

My Xbox account doesn’t have this problem but my steam account does it could possibly be people mass reporting or mass blocking idk or it could just be broken waiting usually works but the shadow ban has been there for 1 and a half weeks

I made a ticket about the shadow ban I had 4 months ago abd that's what they said.

In our efforts to assist players in maintaining a respectful and enjoyable gaming experience for everyone. Adding from this season, If you often disconnect even if it's not intended, you will temporarily be placed in a specific queue with high disconnection rate users.

The only thing you can do is wait. We don't have the tools to remove the shadowban manually. Please note that for security reasons, we cannot disclose details on the period of time.

Question : If I leave lobbies will it count towards shadow ban?

Thank you for your response.

To answer your  question, if you frequently disconnect from the lobby, it will indeed count towards the special queue for high disconnection rates. Please note that repeated disconnections can still affect your standing in the game.

So see @steel frigate there is a reason for me I got shadowban from leaving lobbies (waiting for the game to start) 🤭

So don t say no reason and complain about it. You obvs did something. When you leave without ur teammates being dead (not down) it will still count towards shadow ban

There is a game wide shadow ban happening, where lobby’s are not filling up and you’re getting mostly bots maybe a few other players. A real shadowban is where you can’t find any teammates or it’s all just bots in solos. This has nothing to do with the second part which is caused by leaving games. They need to fix this asap because so many people are having issues with it

Also if anything it’s leaving games right before the “lose” pops up on the screen, that’s mostly why. I watch my teammates until they not and leave as they’re getting finished. My bad I’m not that patient

Other than that, getting shadowban includes : Leaving Matches, Lobbies or even leaving when your teammates didn't completly died

Even tho it sounds right, your teammates can get up even tho they are down. Which is the reason why it counts for shadow ban

#

you can leave now 10 matches and not get shadowban but few days later or litreally few hours later you'll end up with a shadowban and don't know the reason.

Cause there is no notification or anything about it
