Quirk: Copy
Neito's Quirk allows him to duplicate and use another person's Quirk after coming into physical contact with the user. He can hold four Quirks simultaneously and maintain copied powers for ten minutes. After the time limit runs out, Neito loses the copied Quirk until he once again touches the original user.

Monoma jumps forward and copies his opponents Special Action. (When used on an enemy some damage is dealt).

(Double crouching will swap to your custom skill set) (each skill, alha, beta, gamma and SA will have a timer, when it runs out he loses the corrosponding skill).

Alpha: Swift Slap
Monoma throws 3 of his stopwatches with his right hand. (Hold down the attack to perform a backslap at the end, this will copy the alpha ability)

Level 1: 5 Ammo
Level 4: 6 Ammo
Level 7: 7 Ammo

Beta: Swift Counter
Monoma steps to the side, blocking an attack. (If successfully used, he takes no damage) (Hold down to copy the enemies beta ability).

Level 7: 2 Ammo

(Used againts bakugo in the sports festival):

Gamma: Swift Escape
Monoma kicks his opponent, then dashes forward to punch them. (If held, the punch will copy their gamma ability)

Special Tuning: Copy Cat
Melee an opponent to copy their special tuning skill. (Copy time increases with levelling up) (Which tuning skill you copy depends on which slot you have the skill in, For example, if copy cat is in the first special tuning slot, then you copy the tuning of whatever the enemy has in that slot) (If they dont have a tuning skill, you dont copy anything)

Normal Tuning: Special Action reload +, GP +.

This is cool, especially his tuning skill. Seeing an Assault concept instead of Technical for Monoma is cool

I FORGOT TO SAY BUT HE CAN ALSO COPY THE SKILLS OF TEAMMATES BY USING HIS ATTACKS ON THEM (they do no damage on teammates)

cool concept, but allow me to add some idea.

  1. all his skill and melee should copy all opponent skill set instead of particular skill (a/b/y)
  2. his special should allow the same concept of item/chat/action interface. This make it easy to select between 5 skill (4 copied accurate to canon). of course all with time limit. However i hope developer would not make it OP like rapid toga which it reset skill cd between swap (yeah they should fix rapid toga) and allow for no delay between swap.

well if you consider the hardship of landing one, its plausible. We are not talking about hero with great mobility or something

Eh, he was rather light on his feet in the class vs class arc which makes me think he’s more of a rapid kind of guy
Plus once he’s attacked, that’s usually the end for him which would make sense for a solid 250 hp

why do you think its broken? i believe having selection with special action is quite cool and canon accurate. Well i have to remove that no delay because just found out in canon monoma also required 10s before he can swap copied quirk. if too overpower maybe remove any range basic skill. just mho

Point 1: if using any technique gives you an ability then not only will a team not know what ability you have if you fight all three but you might not know unless you the player could fully control it and not only that there would be no point to use base Monoma's attacks unlike with All For One and Toga you'd be able to use their base moves because it's harder to get moves

Point 2. Being able to select between multiple skills is broken in it's self because you'd have to: 1. Select what skills you'd want by your opponents, 2. Risk dying while getting the skills and 3. You could run out of the time limit on the skills you want before you even get to unlock all of the ones you want

point 1 is in special action i suggest. we can choose by using UI like item wheel. Enemy not knowing what skill u have? i dont know what is the issues here.

Why is it broken being just by being able to choose between quirk you copy, with time limit, delay in swapping quirk?

Risk dying while trying to get the quirk. yes thats why i said its not overpower its only canon accurate......

run out of time limit... yes thats the point that this is not OP
