What happened to the previous costume?

In the notifications tab in MHUR, they showed that Ochaco's birthday reward next week would be 10 tickets. This is understandable, since she had a costume already and other birthdays like Mr. Compress gave 10 tickets. My only issue with this is the state of the previous costume, it's not there anymore

While this isn't as big of a deal, I still think it'll be neat to have this costume back.

They removed Dabi's birthday costume a long time ago as well, idk why they do it

I hope they don't do it with more characters cuz I actually use the birthday costume as my main one for a couple of characters, I just really like the color
