Rapid toga red deku iida mirio red dabi (rarely) all might might hit you with a few alphas but the minute you beta him he's running or he'll try to beta you there's also present mic who pretty much does the same thing as nejire and I kinda wanna say red kiri but depends how he plays those gammas are no joke

A smart twice will likely try to stay on you after he gammas I usually try to gamma or beta after I'm hit or rely on my invincible frames and then try to hit him with something or get out of there all together

Most characters like Twice, Red Kiri, Froppy, Dabi Striker, etc., characters that need to get close to deal damage, Nejire can simply use the beta to keep them away from her, if you see a Twice coming, you can just use the beta to keep him away, it will work

Melee people to death if you cant do that to change up playstyle by being overly aggressive and using special action boost to close gaps and melee as much as possible while keeping them from fighting back. Hawks can very much catch people on wakeup very well. This shiggy is a good example. That 2nd melee REALLY tracks enemies even if rapids like ochaco try to run away it will catch up and keep her from running and she wants to wake up in air again you gamma her immediately.
