No. Held gamma is recoil to burst yourself up. Then aim alpha to shoot down.
You can use special to fire in the air when flying by that will drain your special action and you cannot aim when doing that.

Not only can bro melee into he's moves, bro can loop his own melee and its a true combo💔 and they had to take away melee into beta from hawks

with hawks you could melee into beta 2x and even the third was kinda undodgable

he did way more dmg in a combo than the deku rn

but the new deku has crazy follow up and tracking is insane

Basic cyber is pretty balanced sub tuning wise. I do villain cyber with reloads. Crushing pu and gp sucker at the moment. You can run an electrification build on i think purple? Id need to check. I have like 4 or 5 of the cyber fits built...

S tiers are basically, you know more than 2 action key. Yeah you're guaranteeing 5 kills or more

A tier is just: They can be oppressive and hard to counter, but they need to commit to killing you

B tier are basically characters that should be the base level. Not too weak nor too strong.

I get he can kill a lot of player on a pro player's hand, but his vertical mobility is very lacking and you can just role past his beta, only his gamma is hard to dodge
