When used on a downed opponent, allows you to use that character’s quirk for 60 seconds, this will replace all your main skills with that opponent's skills, click special action again to cancel and return to using main skills.
Note: if canceled, it removes the opponent’s quirk from your special action, you will have to use it again on a downed opponent to get a new special action quirk set
When you land a full melee combo on an opponent, you will get access to their quirk for 20 seconds! (works the same as the downed use version)
