Quirk: Voice
Hizashi's Quirk allows him to increase the volume of his voice, giving him an ability that is similar to a sonic scream. The sound from Hizashi's Quirk is strong enough to cause people's ears to bleed from far away.

Special Action: Vocal Tuner
Present mic switches between the pitches of his voice to aid himself in battle. (There are 2 pitches: base and alto)
Base: Base gives your attacks a slow effect due to the low pitch of present mic’s voice. This help present mic keep his opponents from running. (The slowness effect wouldn’t be that op but it’ll be noticeable)
Alto: Alto gives the attacks more damage due to present mic raising his voice to go higher. (Players hit by alto attacks will have a ringing sound being played for a short amount of time. The enemy identifier (that’s the thing that says where the attacks that are hitting you are coming from) will show it coming from all locations due to the lack of sense of surrounding from the sonic scream)
Alpha: Uproar
Present Mic sends a sonic scream at the opponents from a far (projectile attack) (tube-like appearance) (anyone who walks in the sonic scream will also be damaged) (damage increases the closer the opponent is to you) (wide-long range attack) (less damage from the attack the further you are from it)
Beta: Loud-Out Shout
Present Mic jumps above the enemies and delivers a sonic scream from above (scream crashes them down to the floor) (can be used as mobility but the scream part is definitely punishable) (close range)
Gamma: DJ Punch
Present Mic delivers a strong right hook to the enemy in front of him. This causes the enemies to spin (like on a cartoon) until they eventually collapse (while in the spinning animation, the enemy is stunned) (short range)
