Skeptic will be a support character

His special action makes a clone that he freely control with his specials, but he only can make 3 clones. They all have 60 hp and the cooldown is 15 seconds per clone

His Alpha allows him to make one clones run to the target that skeptic aims at and give them a mark, making them follow it, but if aimed at allies, they start to heal them. If aimed at an enemy it starts to attack them.

His Beta allows him to force the clones to come around him incase of needed protection or to recall them. They can block damage to protect skeptic. If skeptic aim at allies it runs to them and attempts to block damage for them

His gamma makes him make another clone that chases down a enemy faster and pin them down for 5 seconds and doing some damage, allowing him to show his role as support by allowing his teammates to do more damage before the clone explodes

this, sa gives all allies 25 gp immediately and like over time healing for 10 seconds, 5 hp/sec, will be stopped if attacked tho unlike the support quirk cards

#

whatever overhaul's sa cooldown is, make it the same for skeptic, seems fair to me
i lied make it 5-10 seconds shorter depending on how long overhaul's is, or give two charges for skeptic and make the recharge time a little longer, make it 50 gp instead and give it a cooldown between uses where it won't recharge and can't be used
