well u want the red tuning which is not bad if u think u need the dmg boost.

but he has so much knockdown and stall that youll survive a decent amount of time, long enough to get the full cem heal which takes 14 seconds lvl 10

and 7 hp heal per second. and it can heal teamates as well i heard, like green card

i dont get the tick value

like how much health do you get by going for each level?

lets say i go for lvl 6 on cem tuning and it last for 10 seconds

my friend told me that he gets 3 ticks on level 2

so that means every 1.67 sec he gets one tick and with 10 seconds it is around 8 ticks?

1 assume 1 tick per second.
each second gives 7 hp.
even if its 2 ticks per second, i still believe you get 7hp per level overall so it doesnt matter the tick rate.

lvl 6, you get 10 secodns of cem. so its 10x7

is my understanding.

but honestly idk. it might tick every half second for 3.5 hp

at max lvl its 15 seconds so 105 hp. I doubt they would give us much more.
the sub effect says 7, so usually that means per something (usuall level or it just stays flat) you get 7 more hp. If its per tick, then thats like double than what I think. But i think it just means per second
