As long as it's available for purchase with points it doesn't matter if you own it or not. If you buy it while you already have it, you'll get aura on it.

Well, for reaching ace you'll get around 130 tickets but even with that it'll take you around 4 weeks to get to 500

Sadly in that amount of time there's no way to get 500 tickets other than buying them. I highly recommend waiting until you reach 2k tickets before rolling for stuff that you need. This way it won't be a waste and it's a guarantee that you'll get what you wanted.
