Since the release of MHUR; Mt. Lady had HP: 350, her giant form lasted longer, the combos dealt more damage, same as all her skills, and her beta had 6 uses. The devs need to pay attention to the underrated characters in their meta game.

Honestly the problem isn't that she needs buffs, she's honestly a well balanced character rn. The real problem is other characters need nerfs. People need to start thinking outside the box and realize that really the only characters that actually need buffs is tech Dabi and maybe strike Shiggy (though he is in a way better place than he used to be.)
All the other characters like Mt Lady, Twice, Tsu, etc are all in good spot balance wise just there are so many others that are at a minimum slightly too broken compared to them, while about half of them are beyond broken and characters like Mt Lady have to have a player 10x more skilled than the meta character they are fighting to have a chance at winning.
Mt Lady could receive some big mode buffs still depending on how she plays out in an ideally balanced MHUR

So, I don't entirely disagree but I do have some notable things to mention.
Mt. Lady is a pretty well balanced character, by like season 9 or 10 standards but throughout each new season they keep adding new ones that can hyper armor through her very vital stuns; which itself only gets armor for a fraction of their time, have much better range options with much better damage, get around much easier with mobility options that don't take so long to reload, and we keep getting HP buffs for non-Assault characters like fricking Technical Toga and new straight up monsters like Armoured All Might having the same HP as Ibara despite having some of the best mobility in the game, with an absurd air melee too.
Other characters are 100% just busted but I genuinely think we're beyond nerfing the newer ones at this rate. They do not mind making a broken character while gutting old ones at all, and with Mt. Lady in particular, she always takes some of the worst of it having below average HP with bulk that is downright non-existent at times due to how certain characters are straight up designed to easily stall out her Special, beam her from afar and still catch up as well.👉
I'd love to call her balanced which by her stats she really should be but the sheer amount of counters she gets in pretty much every update at this point makes her feel straight up weak/outdated. Why should anyone worry about a guard break combo from her when other characters can do it with far less effort and less mobility useage? She has exactly one thing going for her which is the Special and I don't think that's even enough to justify using her. You'd have to be insanely cracked to be able to play on even footing with literally any meta character using her. And while I respect that a lot, I wish more than 4 peeps across all platforms can enjoy her genuinely fun playstyle.
Also I don't think it's a crazy statement to say she's been done particularly dirty by the Devs, no new banner costumes since season 4, constant nerfs(the most on any one character) and just nerfing random things like the reload time on fully used moves because screw you, you have to have even more skill to do a fourth of what everyone else does.

But TWO hackers on the same team and the cementoss could infinitely go plus ultra and his teammate ibara was genuinely a ghost she could hurt you move through walls and heal her teammate without doing anything wants me and my other teammates realize that we couldn't hurt ibara. We fought cementoss but it's kind of hard to fight someone when their teammate is just murking all yours. It came down to me and this team. So I went huge and SLIMED cementoss and when he died since his teammate really wasn't in the game for some reason 🤨. We winnnn🎊

It would be a fun gimmick if her movement could do damage. In the sense that if you step on an enemy, while you are just walking around in special action form, they will get a bit of damage, like 20 damage or so, or stun them for a short amount of time

The only thing I'd change is extending the duration by about 5 seconds but that's it really.

I wouldn´t say that she is unplayable, its just... she isn´t good at all or fun to play in her current state and you lose hope after seeing almost any other character attacking you. Her special only makes you a giant target that will be focused by the whole lobby. And yes, you have damage reduction, but it is not superficial anymore. You die in like 3 seconds or you cant even use the special because it cancels when one little pixel of , for example a building, is in the way making you sit there like a sitting duck with no movement and defends buffs for a few seconds. The core idea of Mt. Lady was the use her special but her special is currently the worst part of her kit, with all the Nagants flying around, taking you down in 3 seconds or the Young OFA´s that just cancel you special action. You can have good round with her and you can win with her, even getting some round with more the 10 kills, but it is so hard and just painful that you just want to give up on everything. Every time I see a low level player using her i feel sad, knowing that this new player will get completely integrated and will most likely never want to play her or the whole game again.

Sometimes games with a lot of characters struggle with balancing and generally even treatment. Sometimes a character lacks needed buffs, costumes, emotes, etc. Iida hasn't gotten a new emote since launch for example.
Not an excuse for the Devs at all though they have plenty of chances to fix things, they're just either severely incompetent or refuse to do anything sometimes.
Most frustrating thing is how they made an emergency patch for Strike Endeavor's Gamma doing too much damage, yet no such thing for Toga having an infinite Plus Chaos exploit.
They do get there eventually it's just a massive slog waiting an entire season for something that should have happened within the first week.

Personally i would go with hyper regeneration or even Special attack reload boost in the special tuning slot. But don't blame yourself if you aren´t Ace rank. Mt. Lady is one of the weakest and most gutted characters

Special Attack Reload boost is the best tuning imho, I almost never play any costumes without a purple slot now. If you get someone downed while big, you can shrink and have your special fully recharged in like 15 seconds. Its so much nicer than waiting a whole minute.
