In theory, it sounds good, but in practice, it doesn't work (there's a delay of almost a second between the beta version and its activation, so everyone has time to dodge).
- An opponent can dodge the beta (they take the hits but are not ejected if they roll halfway through it)
Personally, I don't find the beta version all that great. It's a plus, but I get the feeling it doesn't work in practice.
I'll try playing it a bit more, but beta/gamma-gamma/beta is far from accurate if your opponents know how to use a controller.

I'm not sure yet. I don't like taking a lot longer to finish people off, and as you say, it might be a bit worse against armor now. I don't think the enemy can generally air recover before hitting the ground on ground betas/air betas placed against grounded enemies but if they can, that could be an issue too
gamma armor is golden though, and him having better combo game with beta is cool too

I think it's a nice buff but I only played a couple games on him and did so playing with cursed af keybinds to try and optimize them, so I didn't perform better than usual on him (still highest damage essentially every game but couldn't live at one point or another and thus died too early for my comfort)

default, wallrunner hyper regen/hp sucker (low damage)
combat, hyper regen [/crit perm] revenge support (low damage)
fancy, wallrunner red hero (high damage)
dangerous, quirk factor wallrunner (low damage)
I'm not the biggest red dabi expert though, way more of a tech dabi player

Stacking doesn't increase damage I believe, they just trigger knock back early, just use them to complete lock on and take over a building, they also work defensible, blocking proyectiles so they're good to pop healings, at least the small ones

For me, I use space hop and jump. It somehow helps the tracking but that isnt a 100% fix. I think its tied to latency in a way. But the less things between you and your target the better.
