#country billing address wrong

so ive alr bought gamepass on my pc before and ive payed thru upi which is a payment method in india but when i try to buy now its in $ and i cant add my bank acc to it

i have not changed my region nor have i changed the region in my microsoft account and my billing address please advise how to fix it
