#Games and apps don't have their cover art

Some games and apps aren't showing their icons, already did a hard reset, checked recent updates and even removed my cousin's accounts from my Xbox (this all started when I logged his account on my xbox)

The games still open but it just looks too ugly...

Update: a factory reset fixes this issue

it happens occasionally not really much you can do about it, it will fix itself.
