I get ' error code 0x80131509' When trying to sign in on the xbox app, and I am not signed in on games such as Minecraft because of this. Tried a lot but nothing has worked

I just tried to play minecraft but It showed I wasnt signed in, once on the xbox app it didn't let me sign in, it only said to use account.live.com which didn't help with anything as I am signed in on that.
I have used the 'repair + reset' options in the xbox app settings, and I have searched on google and youtube but nothing is working
I have searched the error code but nothing works.
