Hello everyone! So my issue is that adding my Chime card as a payment method seems to be undoable. Here's what's happened so far:
-Chime cards seem to send a "Wrong Info" message when trying to save them as a payment method
-I removed and readded my Cashapp card to my account and that works just fine, so its not an account issue, and double checked any card added's info was indeed a match for what I have filed on Xbox
Whenever I attempt to add any Chime card i get the message that the info may not be correct. By my previous mention of "Double Checking" I do mean I've verified each piece of info between cards and Xbox account is correct, down to the exact spacing and spelling of addresses and regional locations.
What I personally have done so far about this was:
-Verify the info on all parts matched and was correct (they indeed were and still are correct)
-Double checked said info atleast 4 times
-(2nd mention) tested adding a different card (Cashapp) to my account and that worked
-Made sure the Chime cards weren't blocked or locled or had issues (none were affected by any previous listed issues)
Is there any particular reason for Chime specifically being unaddable on Xbox? Did I somehow do something wrong?
