my code is not redeeming

i got myself the Oreo Pagani Zonda code for Forza Horizon 5 from G2A, but when i try to redeem it, it says that i "have to follow the instructions with the code (there are none), maybe you need to redeem it on another site, or you don't have the permission to redeem the code" the code is global

Best u could do is contact g2a for help. Though its doubtful u get a refund
