Is it possible to make an old local 360 account into an xbox live account? I have an old account that I made in 2017 that I still use to this day but the account is offline and I want to connect it to Xbox live. Is it possible to do this on the 360 or am I just going to have to make an entirely new account just to have xbox live on my 360?

if the account was made in 2017 i believe it should be a Microsoft account and you can connect to live. If it has an email address linked to it its a live account.

It's just a local xbox profile on the 360 it has no email address attached to it. I wanted to attach my email address to it to get it on live but I've just realised that it's no longer possible which is disappointing 😔
