  1. Are they already planning to fix the remote play not working in chrome?
  2. Can I play on remote play using controls like nova lite or G1?

the ping is very high especially for steaming so you may encounter issues. You can use a wired connection to try and help or a different network. If you find edge or a other browser works better for you then use that

but not everyone's experience or your experience is going to be the same eveytime.

From what you're saying, it's on a mobile device, right?
Please specify the software version of the device and the browser you're using.
Check if it works on someone else's phone and on a PC to make sure the remote play feature works on your console.
Run some performance tests with the speed and ping that mobile device has.

Try on a phone with a more up-to-date version or a more modern phone, as your device's hardware can also be affected, resulting in insufficient RAM or power to handle a continuous stream of data.

After that, meet some minimum requirements. Due to system modifications, third-party apps, or connection ping, you may not even be able to start remote play. To use the latest version of Google Chrome, for example, Android 8.0 is required, and other browsers may have different requirements.

  1. My Android version is 11
  2. My phone is ok actually
  3. I can't use someone's else phone or PC, I heard this bug is not happening on the desktop version tho
  4. I'm sure the problem is not my phone or my connection, and as I said, I'm not the only one having problems with remote play on mobile

WiFi is wireless. That’s why I’m confused by what you mean by wired WiFi.

If you’re already wired, your ping is still high. Try restarting your router.

Does anyone know how to fix remote play not letting me control my xbox with my controller connected? I have my controller plugged into my pc and it works on everything but remote play other than the home button

Yes, most likely because of your high ping. A normal ping is like you texting your friend “are you there?” And your friend replies “yes.” But your high ping is like mailing a letter. When you get the reply, your friend could be gone. Now replace your friend with the stream.
