#Xbox 360 games not being able to be played on series s.

I cant play any xbox 360 game on my series s, it's stuck on the "Getting your Xbox 360 info..." loading screen and will not proceed further even after 10 minutes, I tried clearing local xbox 360 data from my console but even that didn't work, is there any fix for this issue?

Tried restarting your router and trying again?

You could also try another network like a mobile hotspot if that still does not work to troubleshoot.

quite a few people suggest switching to using your phone as a hotspot for loading up the game that seems to fix it.

How I believe I fixed it was removing my account from the Xbox 360 menu and redownloading it.
