I got brand new xbox one controller, but when I press the xbox button it won't turn on. I got new battries for it too, but it won't turn on. I want to connect it to my laptop windows 11.

if you sure the batteries are new and inserted correctly and there is no life in the controller then you would need to get it replaced. If its new it be in warranty
