you can't do that on windows. it only works on xbox consoles.

for windows you need to install the game on the computer that you are going to play it on

Yes. Apps need to be “installed” on windows. You can’t just copy files between computers

I don't think so because Steam allows me to do this. I download all Steam games to an external hard disk and then transfer them to my computer and they work without any problems.

Because it is the same hard disk, I took it and then returned it. The internet that I have is very slow. I download the game via the work internet that I work on because it is very fast.
