I have an Xbox 360 controller, which works normally, and its receiver, which also works normally, but when I connect both to my PC, my controller can connect, but it blinks twice and simply turns off (it remains connected to the receiver)

What receiver do you have? Because the standard receiver doesn’t charge, it’s USB.

So the issue is that you have the receiver plugged into your pc but the controller doesn’t stay connected?
