I'm going to buy a game from the Xbox App but for some reason it says it's in the wrong place and sends it to another place

You eked to say what you mean to, “it is in a place and goes to another place” is not useful information. Be specific.

When I want to buy the game, it says I'm in the wrong place and takes me to the option to change the language and country of my Windows computer. When I change my country, the game becomes expensive, but I still can't buy it.

Okay so it doesn’t say “you’re in the wrong place” it tells you that your country isn’t correct, that is much more descriptive.

Your store and profile must be set to where you actually live.
Using a store that isn’t where you live can get you banned,

If the product is more expensive where you actually live, then that’s the price you have to pay

You are purchasing from the wrong region, it says update your settings to purchase from the correct region

and I live in Turkey, the settings are set to Turkey, I couldn't understand why
