If u don't know what tmx is it's stands for "theme my xbox" and it makes it so u can have custom backgrounds on homepage

Just not as the app does cause when u go to settings it's normally a custom image selected but using the website it makes it a screenshot

Yk how to fix the problem where when ur idle on a game or app it doesn't change to that game/app background?

you dont need to go to any website or app
You can set custom backgrounds from the console its self.

If you mean you want to see game art when a game is selected at the top of home, that setting is in Settings > General > Personalization > My background > Show selected game art

Yes and no I wanna disable it so it doesn't show
