Why does my xbox pfp keep changing to a Chinese woman? It keeps switching between two pictures, and whenever I go offline, the Chinese woman appears. Please help

Yes nobody had my password, i changed it too and it is still haopening. I myself logged out and back in too

You can search online and this is an issue that happens with many people. Nobody knows why it happens so i asked here

I have changed my password but the pfp still changes if I go offline
And it is not one of the Xbox preset gamerpics, it is a custom image that I can't even find in reverse search online
