that error message happens when

  1. your not in a supported Region
  2. your trying to redeem a trail code but have already had the service so are not eligible for a trail.

You mentioned you paid for the code and that its a 1 month ie not a trail. So i would suggest that you have brought it from a site that sells trail codes ie a scam.
