Hello! I removed a friend on Xbox Series X. However, they appear as friends again when refreshing. How do you resolve the issue?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

In terms of troubleshooting, I even attempted to block the account and it still appeared after refreshing. I also removed other friends without encountering any issues.

In terms of researching, I searched on Google about it. There wasn’t any information being provided to resolve my issue.

try removing your account
restart your xbox
then download it again
then try removing them

Okay! Will any data be lost by removing my account? Specifically with games on Xbox 360, Xbox One, or Xbox Series X.
