I'm experiencing an issue with the game capture feature on my Xbox Series X since the latest update. I have enabled captures in the settings, but I am unable to record what happened or start a recording manually.
Here are the steps I've already taken to troubleshoot the issue:
- Ensured the "Allow game captures" option is set to "Captures by me or games".
- Checked that there is sufficient storage space.
- Performed a power cycle of the console.
- Cleared the local cache by unplugging the power cord.
- Verified that my console is up to date with the latest system updates.
- Reinstalled the Xbox app.
- Conducted a factory reset while keeping my games and apps.
Despite these steps, the capture feature still does not work.
Has anyone else experienced this issue since the latest update, and are there any additional troubleshooting steps or fixes available?
