In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.

If an appeal is available, you will see the option there. If it's not, then you can't and you just need to wait for the suspension to end.

No one here can answer that. Enforcement has to review your appeal request and any associated data. They will determine if the ban will be appealed or not.
Do not assume your account will be unbanned though.

Yes, I understand you, but it is very strange that I did not do anything that violates the Xbox rules on my account!
People are not banned for no reason
It is possible that my account was hacked and the hacker violated the rules in my account, or I violated the rules in the past, and now Xbox has identified me. Either way, thank you for your help!. 🤍
