My xbox account was suspended for a whole yea and I've been sent an email on reason why my account may have been suspended but i have done none of the listing on my xbox account and what is even worse when i go to the website to look at the suspension details that are no details so i am very upset taking the reason because i have been using this account for months and i have months played in several different games and i am very furious that my account is being suspended for a year with no reasoning why.

for some reason i cant submit a appeal
i think one may have accidentally been submitted
but besides that there is honestly no reason on why my account is suspended i would at least like to know how i can speak to someone to help me with this

no i had went to go enter a appeal but as i was typing my window had closed i opened it up and as i went to go finish the apeal it said under review
i just need help bc there is so much effort and work on that account and it was just suddenly banned and there were no details on the file that i saw on the page

Not all enforcement actions can be appealed.
If there is an appeal button you can.
there was an option to submit an appeal but like i had said the window had closed and when i had went to go finish the appeal for soem reason it had already submitted
how do i speak to someone else that can help me with this, other words how do i contact someone who can help me with this because i cant submit an appeal and i dont know how to speak to an agent
