Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. What troubleshooting have you tried?

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

  1. My main issues is to get back my xbox account: hool2547 to replace my current xbox account
  2. I had tried to relogin microsoft account, tried login different ways but end out in the same xbox account with not purchase to minecraft bedrock
  3. I search the issues on the internet but could not find a similar problem so I came to the server to ask for help
