#Battery kit doesn’t lod up

I have question about the rechargeable battery kit, I bought it a week ago and it worked perfectly fine till now, I somehow cant charge up my battery kit, when i put the charger in it it says that the battery is loading and i can play with the charger on but if i get the charger off the battery kit isn’t loaded up at all and it only lasts for about 10 minutes

Tried loading it for about 4-6 hours, didn’t load a bit

Either it’s not the battery for the charger, bad charger, or bad battery.

From my knowledge, the official charger is just the cable. Unless you’re talking about the elite dock, but that’s only for the elite dock.

Are you using the cable that came with the kit? Or did it come with the controller?
