My xbox game services are not working im trying to launch a game on my pc but the game keeps redirecting me to the game services app in which from there nothing can be done

Windows 11, yes everything is up to date, all games dont work and yes i have tried troubleshooting but ive found nothing of the sorts online nore from people ik and it hasnt worked in weeks

im as confused as you are. ive tried many things like a hard reset even gone to the extent as to factory resetting my pc and still nothing

So you've completely reinstalled Windows?

If you've gone so far as to reinstall Windows and still having the same issue, then I'd reach out to official Microsoft support as there's nothing anyone here can do for you

Go download that tool from our website and use that, see if that can fix you up.

If you have the latest version of the Xbox app, it should be included in it (follow the instructions on the page)
