Quick Resume has nothing to do with the drive itself. If you mean which drives are compatible with the Series X and S games, the expansion cards from Seagate and WD are the only 2 cards that exist (Seagate makes a 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB. WB makes a 512GB and a 1TB).

I habe the 12tb wd black d10 for xbox and it doesn't let me quick resume i have to transfer all the contents from the drive to the xbox(basically downloading it again)

That doesn't make any sense. Where a game is installed has nothing to do with Quick Resume support. Also transferring a game between drives shouldn't involve any downloads either.
Why do you think it's not letting you Quick Resume?
Or is it that it's not playing your game at all, in which case what Laura said is true.
