guys i spilt some water on xbox series x controller, and everything works fine except if i go on menus, it starts moving right and up by itself, anything i can do to save it or is it dead?

The dryest enviorment in your house. Dont put it in rice as its proven rice doesnt work and can get little grains stuck in your controller. If its broken you need to make a swift decision to get a new one as I know at walmart all normal controllers are $45 and the elites are down to $109
