Forgot to say it’s windows so it’s not origin, but the error message still says origin account

Dont u use ea desktop to play ea play games on pc?

Also verify if u got either pc game pass or ultimate

If u pvz via gp u dont need product key

If its in ea play just choose the game and download

sorry for the late response. i was swamped at work. i do this. i dont ever buy games from ea app. so i wouldnt know why u would need to use a product key.
