account disappeared

Hi, i just logged onto my xbox but none of my profile accounts are there???? help please 🙏🙏

It allowed me to add the accounts back , but im still confused why the accounts disappeared from my xbox

All the server data and game data ext stayed but the accs disappeared

if you reset your xbox or removed your account that would be the case. But in any case if you managed to add the account back you dont even have a problem

I know i tried it afterwards but originally i was shocked and thought it broke so i made this post

As i said you added the account back and its now all good there is no issue here.

If you reset your xbox or removed your account it would disapear but signing back in would add it back. All your data is stored in the cloud and would resync automatically when you sign back in.

The only thing i “reset” is just turning the power off, from the plug point
