Premium ediotion did not carry over to my other account

Hey there.
So I just bought the new forza motorsport. I bought the premium edition on my account called “NoHacksJustPro3” when I view the game in the store it says that I own the premium edition. And “NoHacksJustPro3” is only a account where I buy my games on then I use to play on a diffrent account called “EL1TE SWE” so when I went to play motorsport on the account I just mentioned I saw that I only had the standard edition of the game on “EL1TE SWE” even tho I have bought the premium edition. I have done this before where I have buyed premium edition on “NoHacksJustPro3” then played it on “EL1TE SWE” hopefully someone has a answer to why the premium edition haven’t carried over. Please dm me if you have any answers for this
