That's normal and nothing to worry about.
Game Stats might break or stop working after game updates or if the developers don't pay attention.
For example Overwatch stopped counting Wins and Matches Played for me since Role Queue was introduced in 2019 and Player Levels don't exist in Overwatch 2 anymore so that stat is stuck too now.
It's nothing we can help you with and not an issue on Xbox's side. If it troubles you your best shot would contacting the game's support, but I highly doubt they'll patch it.
I also checked a few profiles of other Asphalt 9 players and their stat is stuck at Garage Level 0 just like yours. It may never worked to begin with or broke during some game update.

Hm alright because there is an achievement that's base on your garage level and you have to reach it to level 5 and people are going to think it's unlegit how on the stats it says 0 but in game it shows that you hit level 5 for it which I just don't know lol.

You should be able to edit the tags somewhere. For me it's right clicking the post in the bar on the left and "edit tags".
Not sure how it works on a phone, but you should be able to tap the thread and hold it on the list there to bring up the options.
After that, just add the "issue resolved" tag.
