Because the deal changed they have too relook at it. The public period to comment ends on the 1st September then they have till the 18th October to give a verdit on if it should go to a phase 2 inquiry. As most of the things have been looked into already back at the last phase 1 in April it should be a fairly straight forward and not take all the time unless issues aound Ubisoft arise.

There's too many things for it to work effectively on controller. There's an add-on that lets you use controller and it's only just doable for basic gameplay. End-game and more in-depth content is awful.
They would need to change the game and limit it far too much to accommodate controller players. The game has not been designed for it and it would hurt the game.

Yes, but to release on Xbox it needs to be fully playable with controller and WoW would need to be severely limited and changed to make that doable.

There has not been any official announcements around COD games (or any Activision games) coming to GamePass at this time. Anything you may have heard is an unfounded rumor.
The deal will still take time to finalize and existing contracts and legal agreements may need to complete or lapse before any games can come to GamePass, if they come at all. We will not know if or when games will come to GamePass until officially announced by Xbox.

Not entirely correct. He had a 1% ownership of shares in the company so his vote definitely mattered. Also, as chair and CEO, it was his duty to bring ideas to the board to put up for a vote. He could have simply chosen not to put this to a vote.
People typically follow the direction of the chair of the board and the CEO. Very seldom is there a coup or mutiny. Board members usually go along with what the leader says is a good idea especially when a company is ridiculously profitable

but Activision games I wouldnt be sure about. cause Xbox have likely already setup loads of 3rd party deals for the next months
they usually drop around 2pm so still got 3 hours or so
