Pretty simple. I try to sign in on my smart TV. It won't let me. It says it successfully did so on my browser but it gives me an error message on the TV. Dm me for a photo of the message

But do you have any ideas on how to fix it? All support said was once I bought a subscription to game pass it would work and it still doesn't work

ik support follows a script and if ur issue isnt fixed by the time the script ends they either say ur outta luck or stick you in a loop

Ah. Yeah I've been stuck in a loop between 3 support agents who spent 3 hours telling me the issue was in my account when I'm pretty sure it's on Microsofts side
