I’ve tried to clean the disc and wipe game data it still wont work. I tried to install through xbox app but it was stuck on ‘Waiting for XBOXONE’ after I pressed on install to this console

so as for the xbox app you might benefit from removing your console from the xbox app, not sure if that's straight up a button or not, but also disable remote features on the console settings and turn them back on. After that add your console back

ok so i know this isnt the right thing but so when i open rdr2 it says the rockstar launcher is starting and i t does but then its just in a infinite loading screen and the rdr2 game wont open/show itself anywhere.

You can make your own post, but since it's about Rockstar launcher on PC, which has nothing to do with anything Xbox at all, you are not likely to get help and are better off seeking help at an official Rockstar forum

That doesn't change the fact they are the best people to help you as it's their software. Xbox has literally NOTHING to do with it, no one here is going to be any more knowledgeable to be able to help than they will.
